The story of SLModders origin is diverse. We try to summarize the key moments on this road from the very begining to nowadays, inlcuding game releases, tools and other modder groups, which impacted and inspired us.
Many years later the very popular second Street Legal game was released, the still continuously active modding community called GOM and Invictus-Games Ltd combined their forces and started a Kickstarter campaign, to see if the market is ready for a new sequel for the series.
The first trailer of the campaign shows a good reminiscence about what could a “Street Legal 3” game look like based on Unreal Engine.
Originally it started on Kickstarter, they moved the campaign to Indiegogo but unfortunately at the end, the target budget of $150.000 has never been reached.
In the late 2024 we registered SLModders.com and SLModders.hu domains and started to gather all the old members together.
